Shipping:
New Avenue offers Free Shipping through USPS First Class on all jewelry items. USA only.
International orders ship for a flat fee of $13 plus $1.00 for each additional item. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Items marked as "Gifts" are still subject to your countries import tax & fees. These charges are the buyer's or recipients responsibility. 
We ship same day or next business day depending on time of order. Your Items will be packaged and shipped carefully, and will include the appropriate, quality gift box. 

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your order, We offer full refunds on items returned in original condition and packaging, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving order. Buyer pays return shipping, unless due to fault of our own.

Item Conditions:
We try to describe items to the best of our knowledge,please understand that many of these items are in pre-owned condition and may have noticeable surface wear,minor plating loss,nicks,or small surface scratches, all which will be disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not sell items that are obviously damaged,or unwearable unless otherwise stated in item description. If you have any concerns please contact us before leaving negative feedback, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. 

Photo Details:
Please realize that these photos are shot in Super Macro mode, so the camera picks up a lot of detail not easily noticeable by the eye. We do not "photoshop" or edit any images to make items look better. Most items that are listed look better in appearance with the naked eye.

Cleaning:
We clean and sanitize every piece of jewelry,either Ultrasonically or by hand depending on type of jewelry and stone setting. We also Polish items that have lost it's luster. You will not receive dirty jewelry. 

***All Batteries are complimentary, We will try our best to keep fresh batteries but there are no guarantees due to storage lengths. Batteries will be replaced before shipping if found dead. Watches are monitored for accuracy to the best of our ability. ***

**Watches are not guaranteed to be water resistant. Before submersing or exposing watch to water, have it professionally tested**
