We use "Stripe" https://stripe.com/  as a payment processing solution, which uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) served over HTTPS. This allows the highest encryption methods set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. (PCI DSS). Your transaction with "New Avenue" is extremely secure using the latest methods of security data breach prevention protocols & methods by way of "Stripe's" payment processing.  

What is your Refund Policy?

 If you are not satisfied with your order, New Avenue offers full refunds on items returned in original condition and packaging, as long as you notify us within 14 days after receiving items. Buyer pays return shipping unless due to fault of our own.. Please contact us before shipping back items.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Free Shipping through USPS First Class on all jewelry items. USA only. International orders ship for a flat fee of $13 plus $1.00 for each additional item. We ship same day or next business day depending on time of order. Your Items will be packaged and shipped carefully, and will include the appropriate, quality gift box. You will also recieve a tracking number.
